Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Android app Whiteboard: Draw & Sketch Pad (package com.olfoxacin.whiteboard, "the app") handles information. We (the developer) do not operate any servers and do not receive your drawings, files or personal data.

Your drawings and files

• Boards you create are saved automatically in the app's private storage on your device so you can continue later. They are never uploaded by the app.
• Images and PDFs are opened only when you choose them (system picker, "Open with" or "Share"). A private copy is kept on your device so the pages keep working, and is deleted when you start a new board or remove those pages.
• Pages are saved to your gallery, exported as PDF or shared with another app only when you tap that action.
• If Android device backup is on, your saved board may be included in your personal Google backup, governed by Google's privacy policy.

Advertising (free version)

The free version shows interstitial ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:

• device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID,
• IP address and approximate location derived from it,
• app interaction and ad performance data, and diagnostic/crash data related to ads.

This data is collected by Google, not by us, and is handled under How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

Your choices: in regions where consent is required (such as the EEA, UK and Switzerland) the app asks for your consent before any ads are requested, using Google's consent tool. You can change your choice any time under Menu → Privacy & ad choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads, or remove all ads by purchasing Premium.

Premium purchase

The optional one-time "Premium" purchase is processed entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment details. The app only asks Google Play whether your account owns Premium, and stores that yes/no result on your device.

Permissions

• Internet / network state: used only by the ads SDK and Google Play Billing.
• Advertising ID: used by the ads SDK as described above.
• Storage (Android 8–9 only): used solely to save a PNG to your Pictures folder when you ask.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Deleting your data

Choose Menu → New board to remove the current board and its imported files, or uninstall the app to remove everything stored by the app. Data held by Google for advertising can be managed at myadcenter.google.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date.
